KVKK Disclosure Text (Aydınlatma Metni)

This disclosure is made under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). It explains, for Turkish data subjects, how ai2business as data controller (veri sorumlusu) processes your personal data. This is a separate document from our general Privacy Policy.
1. Data controller
ai2business acts as data controller (veri sorumlusu) within the meaning of the KVKK. Contact: hello@ai2business.com.
2. Personal data processed
Identity and contact data, account and billing data, transaction and usage records, and the content you submit to the platform.
3. Purposes of processing
Delivering the service, fulfilling contractual and legal obligations, billing, security, and — with explicit consent (açık rıza) — analytics and marketing.
4. Legal grounds (Art. 5–6)
Processing necessary for the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests, and, where required, your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to our service providers and, where necessary, abroad, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and applicable Board decisions.
6. Your rights (Art. 11)
You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to results arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
