These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ai2business platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
ai2business provides a self-service platform to build and run AI assistants for WhatsApp, Telegram and Web. Features and limits depend on your plan.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your data, and all activity under your credentials. You must comply with the terms of any connected channel (e.g. WhatsApp Business Platform).
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive purposes, to send spam, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis in USD via our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content and knowledge you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.
6. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
