What is a message credit?
1 credit = 1 reply from the agent to a customer (RAG and LLM tokens included). System and welcome messages don't count.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade from the dashboard at any time. The amount is prorated automatically.
What happens when credits run out?
The agent pauses until the next billing period. You can top up a credit pack at any time.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — pay annually and save 17%. The Monthly / Annual switch on the pricing page shows the effective monthly cost directly.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe. Turkish customers also get card and transfer options through local providers.
