Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of data from the Tindavo service and exactly what will be deleted. The data operator is Товарищество с ограниченной ответственностью "GeoAxis", BIN 260840022626, registered address: Казахстан, город Астана, район Есиль, Проспект Ұлы дала, дом 71, 010000.
1. If you are a Tindavo customer (a business)
Write to admin@geoaxis.kz from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your entire workspace — assistants, knowledge base, uploaded documents, conversations and customer profiles — and confirm completion by email. The request is fulfilled within 30 calendar days of your identity being confirmed.
2. If you wrote to an assistant of one of our customers
The business you were talking to is the operator of that data, and contacting it directly is fastest. You may also write to admin@geoaxis.kz stating: the name of the business (or a link to the chat), the channel (WhatsApp, Telegram or website chat) and the phone number or identifier you wrote from. Without these three details we cannot locate your data, and we will not delete someone else’s. The request is fulfilled within 30 calendar days.
3. What exactly is deleted on such a request
Your conversation history with that business’s assistant and every message in it; your customer profile — name, contacts, topics of past enquiries; enquiries captured in those conversations; the assistant’s long-term memory about you; the workspace’s answer cache. Deletion is irreversible and is performed in the live database.
4. What is not deleted, and why
Bookings and the payments linked to them are not deleted: they are the business’s primary accounting documents, which it must retain for the period set by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The right to erasure does not extend to data needed to perform a contract and to comply with the law. We will tell you if such records are found in response to your request.
5. Backups
We keep the last 30 daily backups of the database; each new day the oldest copy is deleted. Deleted data therefore disappears from backups no later than 30 days after it is deleted from the live database. Backups are not edited individually on request — that would make them unusable for restoration.
