Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments, refunds and cancellations work for paid Tindavo subscription plans. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription model

Tindavo is a SaaS subscription billed in advance, in USD, on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Each paid period includes your plan's monthly credit quota.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If the service does not fit, you may request a full refund of your first payment on a paid plan within 14 days of that payment. The guarantee applies once per customer and only to the first payment.

3. Renewals and unused credits

Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not issue pro-rata refunds or compensation for unused credits, partially used billing periods or downgrades.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan and remaining credits stay available until the end of the already-paid period. The remainder of the period is not refunded.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are always refunded in full.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@tindavo.com from your account email and include your receipt or invoice number. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
