Choosing a preset

How niche templates work and how to make one your own.

A preset (or template) is a ready-made starting point for your agent, tuned for a specific kind of business. We ship more than 24 — tourism, real estate, beauty, dental, e-commerce, repair shops, restaurants and more.

What a preset gives you

  • A system prompt written for that niche — the agent's role, tone and rules.
  • A sensible set of suggested tools (knowledge search, escalation to a human).
  • Optional sample knowledge so you can see it answer right away.

Picking one

In the Template step of onboarding, browse or search the gallery and choose the niche closest to yours. Exact match isn't required — pick the nearest one and adjust the wording afterwards.

Making it your own

A preset is a starting point, not a cage. In the editor you can:

  • Rewrite the system prompt in your own words.
  • Add your knowledge base so answers reflect your real prices and policies.
  • Change the agent's name, language and tone.

Switching presets

Applying a preset updates your existing agent — it doesn't create a second one. You can re-apply a different preset, but it overwrites the system prompt, so copy anything you want to keep first.
