Choosing a template

A template is a ready-made starting point for your assistant, tuned for a specific kind of business. We ship 33 ready-made templates: tourism, real estate, beauty salons, dental clinics, online stores, appliance repair and more.

What a template gives you

• Ready-made instructions for the niche — how the assistant talks to your customers and what it does for them.
• The right skills: answering from your knowledge base and handing the conversation to you when a person is needed.

How to choose

The assistant picks your niche itself on the first screen — “What is your business?” — from your link, price list or description. If you came from a template page, the niche is already chosen. An exact match isn't required — the closest niche works.

Make it your own

A template is a starting point, not a cage:

• Add a knowledge base — price list, policies, answers to frequent questions — so the assistant answers with your real prices and rules.
• The assistant got something wrong — fix it in plain words in Knowledge base (“Fix by voice”) or tell your owner Telegram bot what the right answer is.
• Your business name and the assistant's name are changed in Settings → Business and assistant. The assistant picks the reply language itself — the customer's language (Russian, Kazakh, English).

Switching niche

Pick another niche in Settings → Business and assistant with “Apply niche”. The new niche replaces the assistant's instructions with that niche's template; the rules in your knowledge base and your booking objects stay. No second assistant is created.
