ai2business lets you build an AI agent that answers your customers on WhatsApp, Telegram or your website — and never loses a lead. You set it up yourself; there are no calls to book and nothing to install.
What you need
- A business — any niche works (we ship 24+ ready presets).
- 10 minutes.
- Optional: a few documents (price list, FAQ, policies) for more accurate answers.
The 5-step wizard
After you sign up, the onboarding wizard walks you through everything:
- Welcome — a quick overview of what comes next.
- Template — pick the niche closest to your business. It pre-fills your agent's instructions and tone. You can edit all of it later.
- Knowledge — optionally upload documents the agent should answer from. You can skip this and add them anytime.
- Channels — connect WhatsApp, Telegram or a website widget. You can skip and do this from the dashboard.
- Activate — your agent is live. Open the editor to test it in the sandbox.
After setup
In the editor you can test the agent, refine its system prompt, add more documents and connect channels. Everything you chose in the wizard is just a starting point — nothing is locked in.
