Getting started
Build your assistant in a couple of minutes — no code, no calls.
Tindavo lets you build an assistant that answers your customers on Telegram and your website — and never loses a lead. (WhatsApp and Instagram are coming soon; they cannot be connected yet.) You set it up yourself; there are no calls to book and nothing to install.
What you need
- A business — any niche works (we ship 24+ ready templates).
- A couple of minutes.
- A link to your social-media profile, 2GIS card or website — or a price list as a file, or just a description of the business in your own words.
Three screens
After you sign up, you go through three short screens:
- What is your business? — paste a link, upload a price list (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, text) or say it out loud. The assistant assembles itself in about a minute: it detects the niche, writes its instructions and pulls out services and prices.
- Ask as your customer — ask a couple of the questions your customers usually ask. If a price or an address is off, fix it right in the chat, in plain words.
- Connect a channel — Telegram connects with a token from @BotFather in two minutes; the chat on your website is one line of code. The chat page by link works right away. WhatsApp and Instagram appear as coming soon.
After setup
The dashboard has five sections: Today, Conversations, Leads, What the assistant knows and Channels. The knowledge base is edited by talking: write or say what changed and the assistant proposes the edit. Everything you chose at launch is just a starting point.
