Getting started
Build your assistant in a couple of minutes — no code, no calls.
Tindavo lets you build an assistant that answers your customers on Telegram and on your website and never loses a lead. You set everything up yourself — no calls, nothing to install.
What you need
- A business — any niche works (we ship 33 ready-made templates).
- A couple of minutes.
- A link to your 2GIS listing or website (social profiles coming soon) — or a price list file, or just describe your business in your own words.
Three screens
After you sign up you go through three short screens (short-term rentals, recreation bases and car rental get one more — your objects):
- What is your business? — paste a link, upload a price list (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, text) or tell it by voice. The assistant builds itself in about a minute: it picks your niche, gets the ready-made instructions for it and pulls out your services and prices.
- Ask as your customer — ask a couple of questions your customers usually ask. If a price or the address is wrong, fix it right in the chat, in plain words.
- Connect your channels — the chat page link works right away on any plan; Telegram is available on the Trial and every plan, a bot with a token from @BotFather in two minutes; the chat on your website is one line of code. WhatsApp and Instagram are shown as “coming soon”.
After setup
Your account has five sections: Today, Conversations, Leads, Knowledge base and Channels; your plan and settings live under your avatar. You can fix the knowledge base in plain words: in Knowledge base tap “Fix by voice”, or write the change to your owner Telegram bot — the assistant shows “was → becomes”, and the fix is saved once you apply it. Everything you picked at launch is just a starting point.
